Premium Plant-Based Caviar (Vegan & Kosher) - Zeroe Caviar (50g)
Zeroe Caviar is a premium plant-based fish egg (roe) alternative crafted in Denmark using seaweed grown organically off the coast of France, and is completely vegan. The seaweed is washed and suspended in clean water, then extracted and transformed into round spheres. The crisp, juicy flavor is achieved using all natural ingredients including cayenne, black pepper, turmeric, laurel, leek, dill and tarragon sourced from Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Scotland, and Spain.
This caviar has the same color and texture as premium natural caviar and can be used in all the same ways. It is an elegant and subtle option for anyone who wants to include a vegetarian, vegan, or kosher alternative with their hors d'oeuvres or canapés.
