How To Order

Our curated selection of products includes everyday staples we always carry, as well as collections and items that we have for a limited time. Ordering at fete.shop is a very convenient way to ensure you are able to receive the products you love, even when you cannot be in our retail shop.

When you place an order here at fete.shop you can make a selection to receive it in one of three ways:

• Store Pickup: Any item on our website, including florals, can be purchased for pick-up at our retail shop located at 13 Wianno Avenue, Osterville, MA 02655. Select the Store Pickup option during checkout. If you are ordering for a future pick-up please include that in the Order Note section during checkout. We are glad to hold items as needed to accommodate your travel to and from the Cape.
• Shipping: Many of our products can be shipped anywhere in the USA or the world. We charge a flat shipping rate on all products purchased on fete.shop, and ship via the most appropriate carrier for your order (USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx). For perishables and very large or very delicate items we can make special accommodations for you over the phone and provide an estimate for specialty shipping costs. Our florals cannot be shipped.
• Delivery: Any item on our website, including florals, can be purchased for local delivery on Cape Cod. Select the Delivery option during checkout. The website will indicate if delivery is available to that location. We deliver to parts of Lower Cape (Falmouth), all of Mid Cape (Osterville, Centerville, Hyannis, etc.) and parts of Upper Cape (Yarmouth). For special delivery needs on or off the Cape (for example, Provincetown, Chatham, Woods Hole, Andover, Chestnut Hill, Boston, Wellesley, Newport, etc.) please call us so we can make special arrangements and provide an estimate for specialty delivery costs and scheduling.

Mixed Delivery: You cannot mix delivery methods for multiple items in your cart. If you want to buy something to be shipped and something to be delivered for example, you will need to place two separate orders, one for the items to be delivered and one for the items to be shipped.

Special Accommodations: If you have a special need or a very specific timeline, please call us to discuss and make arrangements directly with our staff. We can accommodate most needs that arise and provide pricing on expedited shipping or special deliveries.
