Perishable Foods & Items

Perishable foods and items are not refundable. If you placed an order online and need to make a change to your order, please call the shop and we will be glad to help you: +1 (774) 228-2103. If you have a quality concern with an item, please contact us right away so we may understand and address the issue.

All Other Non-Perishable Products

Products may be exchanged or returned for a store credit at the Fête Among the Flowers retail shop in Osterville, MA within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Fête Among the Flowers does not offer refunds on any goods purchased on fete.shop.

Exchanges

Exchanging a product must be done via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate charge of $25. We will issue you a shipping label. If you wish to exchange an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact us so we may send you a shipping label by email.

If you are unable or do not wish to use the shipping label service, please obtain authorization for your return by sending an email to hello@fete.shop. You may then return your package by the carrier of your choice to the following address:

In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain proof that the product(s) have been sent by the registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the products, including shipping and insurance, shall be your responsibility. Fête Among the Flowers is not responsible for items sent to us which are lost, damaged, misdirected, or delivered late.
