This artisanal cheese celebrates the great Thirteenth century adventurer Marco Polo – credited with bringing pepper (and other discoveries) back to Europe. Beecher’s Marco Polo takes lightly milled and cracked green and black peppercorns and blends them with their creamy cheese. The resulting cheese is rich in savory umami and butter notes. Fantastic for cheese boards as a delicious crowd-pleaser.

A LITTLE STORY
Marc met Ryan, his husband-to-be, when they both lived in Seattle. Their apartment was not far from the famous Pike Place Market where Beecher's first opened. They would often wander the market on Sundays and during one of their outings discovered Marco Polo at the Beecher's flagship store. It has been a pantry staple and cheese board must-have for them ever since.
