Discover the art of the perfect earthy and elegant holiday cheese board in this deliciously engaging workshop where cookbook author and entertaining expert Marc J. Sievers will show you how to lay out a holiday board sure to be the gourmet highlight of any fête.
Perfect for the culinary novice as well as the gourmand, you'll learn different techniques and approaches to creating a well-curated cheese board. You will have the opportunity to sample a variety of items and understand great pairings and key flavor and texture combinations. You will leave the evening with a full complement of items to recreate your cheese board at home.
