Strucà is a no-butter, dairy-free cake, made with extra-virgin olive oil and produced all year round. It is light and airy, with the delicate honey-vanilla flavor of panettone. It is topped with icing and Bari almonds.

All of their yeast risen cakes are made from the “mother dough”, a starter that contains natural yeast.
