Black olives 84%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, anchovy cream (anchovies, sunflower oil, flavored wine vinegar, salt), garlic, grainy mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), concentrated lemon juice, salt, spices. May contain bits of olive stones.
ABOUT THE BRAND
L'Epicurien was established 1982 when Master Jam Maker Bernard Le Gulvout revived a delicatessen in Saint-Manda and named it L'Epicurien. Later, based in the fruit production region Languedoc-Roussillon, Gulvout began producing his own products in the mid-1990s. Though his production house is equipped with modern facilities, the manufacturing processes remain solidly traditional to preserve the authenticity of the flavors. L'Epicurien uses an old-world style of production, simmering their sauces and chutneys in open copper cauldrons, which brings out the full subtlety of the flavors while retaining the natural colors. All jams contain a high percentage of fruit, as much as 55 to 70%, and cane sugar to ensure outstanding quality and richness of colors and flavors.
