This authentic Middle Eastern dressing has a tangy explosion of flavor! The fusion of pomegranate molasses and sumac give it its unique and distinctive flavor. It’s the perfect dressing for your fattoush salad which originated in the Middle East in Lebanon.
The word fattoush is derived from the word 'fatteh', meaning 'crumbs', referring to the leftover pita bread pieces mixed into the salad. Traditional fattoush salad consists of Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, thinly sliced radishes, parsley and crunchy pita chips (sometimes red onion and purple cabbage, too). Drench fattoush, with its clean ingredients, is the perfect finish to your salad!
